摘要
目的:分析乳腺癌手术后患肢淋巴水肿的患者通过空气波压力治疗仪治疗的效果。方法:对2019年8月~2020年10月来本院接受治疗的78例乳腺癌术后患肢淋巴水肿患者通过随机抽签方法分为观察组(39例)和对照组(39例)。两组分为采用常规疗法(对照组)和空气波压力治疗仪治疗(观察组),比较效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率(38例,占94.44%)明显比对照组(29例,占74.36%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后肢体功能康复优良率(37例,占94.87%)明显高于对照组(27例,占69.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的肢体功能恢复时间和住院时间明显比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床通过空气波压力治疗仪对乳腺癌手术后淋巴水肿的患者进行治疗可以提高治疗总有效率,改善患者肢体功能的康复效果,缩短患者恢复时间,是值得推荐的治疗策略。
Objective:To discuss the effect of air wave pressure therapy for patients with limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Methods:For 78 cases of postoperative limb lymphedema of breast cancer who came to our hospital from August 2019 to October 2020,they were divided into observation group(39 cases)and control group(39 cases)by random drawing of lots.After breast cancer surgery,the general treatment of limb lymphedema(control group)and air wave pressure therapy instrument(observation group),compared the effect.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(38 cases,accounting for 94.44%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(29 cases,accounting for 74.36%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The excellent and good rate of postoperative limb function rehabilitation in the observation group(37 cases,94.87%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(27 cases,69.23%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The recovery time of limb function and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical treatment of patients with lymphedema after breast cancer surgery by air wave pressure therapy can increase the total effective rate of treatment,improve the rehabilitation effect of patients’limb function,and shorten the recovery time of patients.It is a recommended treatment strategy.
