CT与MRI在自发性脑出血中的诊断价值探究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察自发性脑出血CT的诊断价值以及影像学特征。方法:选取2020年4月~2021年4月200例自发性脑出血患者作为研究对象,患者行MRI检查,设置为对照组,患者行CT检查,设置为观察组,总结诊断价值以及分析患者的影像学特征。结果:对比病理检查,两组检查方式基底节出血、壳核出血、脑叶出血、丘脑出血检出率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组检查时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影像学特征显示,经CT检查,诊断结果显示患者病灶密度增高具有均匀一致的特点,还伴随密度增高不均质性,在血肿部位,能够发现低密度水肿。针对丘脑出血的患者,进而观察到高密度影,呈现圆形、椭圆形。针对小脑出血患者,可发现不规则密度影。经MRI检查,在DWI中,主要呈现混合信号特征。在MRI中,病灶表现主要呈现T1等信号、稍高信号。在T2中,呈现高信号。在病灶周围,能够观察到环形水肿带,呈现T1环形稍低情况,在T2中,呈现高信号。图像边界相对模糊。结论:在脑出血患者中,对比MRI检查,采取CT检查能够实现对患者的准确定位,并完成定性诊断,能够起到预测患者预后的作用,并且该检查方式用时相对较短,能够确保患者在诊断后及时得到治疗,确保患者临床治疗效果。 Objective:To observe the CT diagnostic value and imaging characteristics of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:200 patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study objects.The patients were examined with MRI,set as the control group,the patients were examined with CT,and set as the observation group.The diagnostic value and imaging characteristics of the patients were summarized and analyzed.Results:Compared with pathological examination,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of basal ganglia hemorrhage,putamen hemorrhage,lobar hemorrhage,and thalamic hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05).The examination time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The imaging features showed that the CT examination showed that the increased density of the patient’s focus was uniform,accompanied by increased density heterogeneity.Low density edema could be found at the hematoma site.For patients with thalamic hemorrhage,high-density shadows were observed,which were round and oval.For patients with cerebellar hemorrhage,irregular density shadows can be found.After MRI examination,DWI mainly showed mixed signal characteristics.In MRI,the lesions mainly showed T1 isosignal and slightly high signal.In T2,there is a high signal.Around the lesion,annular edema zone can be observed,showing slightly lower T1 annular,and high signal in T2.The image boundary is relatively blurred.Conclusion:In patients with cerebral hemorrhage,compared with MRI examination,CT examination can achieve accurate positioning of patients and complete qualitative diagnosis,which can play a role in predicting the prognosis of patients.Moreover,this examination method is relatively short,which can ensure that patients can be treated in time after diagnosis and ensure the clinical treatment effect of patients.
