摘要
目的:探究磁共振成像(Magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)测评经皮球囊扩张椎体成形手术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)患者的效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年12月本院收治的70例OVCF患者,参照MRI影像信号特征将其分为观察组(20例)、对照组(25例)、参考组(25例),以上患者均接受经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗,比较三组治疗情况。结果:治疗后,三组患者Cobb角,椎体高度值小于术前,VAS、ODI评分均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组、对照组患者Cobb角更小于参考组,椎体高度值、VAS值低于参考组,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月MRI复查显示,观察组、对照组脊髓神经压迫和脊髓神经水肿占比显著高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:PKP治疗OVCF疗效确切,可以配合使用MRI影像学技术评估OVCF患者术后疗效。
Objective:Examination of percutaneous balloon dilated vertebroplasty by Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)PKP in the treatment of vertebral osteoporotic compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:70 patients with OVCF admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(20 cases),control group(25 cases)and reference group(25 cases)according to the MRI image signal characteristics.All the above patients received percutaneous balloon dilated vertebroplasty,and the treatment situation of the three groups was compared.Results:After treatment,Cobb Angle and vertebral height of patients in 3 groups were lower than before surgery,VAS and ODI scores were lower than before surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Cobb Angle of patients in observation group and control group was lower than reference group,and vertebral height and VAS values were lower than reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).MRI review 3 months after surgery showed that the proportion of spinal nerve compression and spinal nerve edema in the observation group and the control group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PKP is effective in the treatment of OVCF,and can be used together with MRI imaging technology to evaluate the postoperative efficacy of OVCF patients.
