GT-4A型导乐分娩镇痛仪应用于自然分娩第一产程中的镇痛效果

GT-4A Doula Labor Analgesia Instrument Applied in the First Stage of Natural Labor Analgesia Effect

目的:分析在实施自然分娩产妇第一产程镇痛的过程中GT-4A型导乐分娩镇痛仪所发挥的效果与价值。方法:本研究选择2020年4月~2022年4月收治的60例自然分娩产妇作为实验对象,根据随机数字表法实现患者的分组,其中30例患者为对照组,给予常规分娩干预,另外30例患者为观察组,在对照组基础上加用GT-4A型导乐分娩镇痛仪。结果:两组产妇干预前心理状态相比,P>0.05;观察组产妇干预后心理状态更为理想,第一产程时间、疼痛评分更低,产后出血量明显较少,并发症发生率较低且镇痛效果更为理想,与对照组产妇相比,P<0.05。结论:对于自然分娩产妇来说GT-4A型导乐分娩镇痛仪的应用效果较为理想,在改善产妇心理状态的同时获得了较好的镇痛效果,第一产程时间较少,疼痛更为轻微,产后出血量较少且并发症发生率较低。

Objective:To analyze the effect and value GT-4AT-4A doula labor analgesia instrument in the first stage of labor analgesia for parturient with natural labor.Methods:In this study,60 cases of parturients in natural delivery who were admitted from April 2020 to April 2022 were taken as the experimental objects,and the patients were divided into groups according to the random number table method.Among them,30 patients were the control group,and routine delivery intervention was given.The other 30 patients were the observation group.On the basis of the control group,GT-4A Doula delivery analgesia instrument was added.Results:Compared with the psychological state before intervention,P>0.05;After the intervention,the psychological state of the observation group’s parturients was more ideal,the first stage of labor time,pain score were lower,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly less,the incidence of complications was lower,and the analgesic effect was more ideal,compared with the control group’s parturients,P<0.05.Conclusion:GT-4A Doula labor analgesia instrument has a good effect in improving the mental state of parturient,and the first stage of labor has less time,the pain was milder,there was less postpartum bleeding and fewer complications.
