产后康复治疗仪治疗子宫复旧不全的有效性探讨

Discussion on the Effectiveness of Postpartum Rehabilitation Apparatus in Treating Uterine Involution Insufficiency

目的:探讨产后康复治疗仪治疗子宫复旧不全的有效性。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年9月本院收治的108例患有子宫复旧不全的产妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=54例)和观察组(n=54例)。对照组予以常规治疗模式,观察组在此基础上采用产后康复治疗仪治疗。对两组治疗效果进行评估,比较两组产妇子宫复旧比较情况、两组产妇子宫复旧时间比较情况。结果:观察组产妇宫缩痛、阴道出血量、宫底高度、恶露时间、排气时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇子宫复旧时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用产后康复治疗仪治疗产妇子宫复旧不全临床疗效显著,可以减少不良症状的发生,辅助产妇产后子宫复旧,加快产妇恢复速度,提升生命安全。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of postpartum rehabilitation therapy apparatus in the treatment of uterine involution insufficiency.Methods:From January 2018 to September 2020,108 cases of pregnant women with uterine involument were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group(n=54 cases)and observation group(n=54 cases).The control group received conventional treatment mode,and the observation group received postpartum rehabilitation therapy apparatus on this basis.The treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated,and the comparison of uterine involution and uterine involution time between the two groups was made.Results:In the observation group,the uterine contractions,vaginal bleeding,height,lochia time and exhaust time were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of uterine involution in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument on puerperal uterine involution insufficiency is significant,which can reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms,assist puerperal uterine involution,speed up the recovery of puerperal women,and improve life safety.
