因重度牙周炎失牙致无牙颌患者行种植固定修复临床效果及并发症分析

Clinical Effect and Complications of Implant Fixed Restoration in Edentulous Patients with Severe Periodontitis

目的:分析因重度牙周炎失牙致无牙颌患者行种植固定修复临床效果及并发症情况。方法:选择本院收治的因重度牙周炎失牙致无牙颌患者90例,所有患者均接受种植固定修复,且随访24个月,比较全部患者上、下颌种植体牙周指数;对比患者随访期间并发症发生情况。结果:本组患者在两随访时间点上,上颌种植体MBL比下颌大(P<0.05),其上、下颌的PD差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);全部患者在两随访时间点上,其上、下颌间的mPLI与mSBI比较,统计学无意义(P>0.05);随访患者1年,并发症发生率11.11%;随访患者2年,并发症发生率13.33%,全部患者两随访时间点并发症发生率比较,统计学无意义(P>0.05)。结论:将种植固定修复用于重度牙周炎失牙致无牙颌患者中,并发症较少,短期效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and complications of implant fixation in edentulous patients with severe periodontitis.Methods:90 patients with edentulous jaw caused by severe periodontitis were selected.All patients were treated with implant fixed restoration,and were followed up for 24 months.The periodontal index of upper and lower implants of all patients was compared;the incidence of complications during follow-up was compared.Results:At the two follow-up time points,the MBL of maxillary implant was larger than that of mandible(P<0.05),and the PD of maxillary and mandible had no significant difference(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between mPLI and mSBI at two follow-up time points in all patients(P>0.05);The complication rate was 11.11%after one year of follow-up;The complication rate was 13.33%after 2-year follow-up,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two follow-up time points in all patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:Implant fixed prosthesis is used in patients with edentulous jaw caused by severe periodontitis has less complications and significant short-term effect.
