腹腔镜手术在结直肠癌根治术中临床应用效果

The Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery in Colorectal Cancer Radical Resection

目的:探究腹腔镜手术在结直肠癌根治术中的应用效果。方法:时间抽取2019年1月1日~2020年6月30日在辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院接受结直肠癌根治术的58例患者进行回顾性分析,严格依照治疗方案抽样分组,即58例对照组与58例观察组,前者实行传统开腹结直肠癌根治术,后者实行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术,对两组的手术相关指标及炎症反应、并发症率指标。结果:术中出血量比较,观察组低于对照组,而肛门排气、肠鸣音恢复、首次进食及住院等时间组间比较,观察组短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎症因子及并发症率较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术临床效果显著,既能缩短术后恢复时间,又能减少炎症反应水平,降低并发症发生率,对促使患者病情尽快康复具有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of laparoscopic surgery in radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 58 patients who underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer at the Tiemei General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group during from January 1,2019 to June 30,2020 were selected for this study,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment plan was used as the basis for grouping,and 58 patients were divided into two groups-control group and observation group,each with 29 cases.The control group received traditional open radical resection of colorectal cancer,and the observation group underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.The operation-related indicators and inflammatory response indicators of the two groups were analyzed.Results:Compared with the intraoperative blood loss,the observation group was less than the control group.Compared with the time of anal exhaust,bowel sound recovery,first meal and hospitalization,the observation group was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of inflammatory factors and compared with the complication rate,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer has a significant clinical effect.It can not only shorten the postoperative recovery time,but also reduce the level of inflammatory response and reduce the incidence of complications.It has a positive effect on promoting the patient’s recovery as soon as possible.
