基于双闭环管理模式的医疗设备质量控制管理效果分析

Effect Analysis of Medical Equipment Quality Control Management Based on Double Closed-Loop Management Mode

目的:探究双闭环管理模式在医疗设备质量控制管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月~2021年9月本院临床在用的169台常规医疗设备作为本次研究目标,将2020年3月~2020年12月使用的86台设备设为对照组,2021年1月~9月使用的83台设备设为观察组。分别选择常规质量控制管理模式和双闭环管理模式。比照两组医疗设备管理质量、成本效益、社会效益、医疗设备故障发生率。结果:观察组各项医疗设备管理质量有效事项的有效率均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组社会效益和成本效益中诊疗收费增长率(G诊疗收费)、运行利润增长率(G运行利润)、使用年限指数(I年限)均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组成本效益中技术保障费用支出增长率(G保障费用)显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组医疗设备故障发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论:双闭环管理模式在医疗设备质量控制管理中具有显著的临床应用价值,能够有效提高管理效果,提高医疗设备的社会效益和成本效益,降低医疗设备故障发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of double closed-loop management mode in the quality control management of medical equipment.Methods:Select 169 conventional medical equipment in clinical use in our hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 as the research target,set 86 equipment from March 2020 to December 2020 as the control group,and set the control group in 2021.The 83 devices from January to September were set up as observation groups.Conventional quality control management mode and double closed loop management mode are selected respectively.The quality,cost benefit,social benefit and incidence of medical equipment failure of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of all effective items of medical equipment management quality in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group social benefit and cost benefit in diagnosis and treatment charges growth rate(G diagnosis and treatment charges),operating profit growth rate(G operating profit),service life index(I years)were significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the growth rate of technical support cost(G support cost)in the observation composition was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of medical equipment failure was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The double closed-loop management mode can improve the effect of medical equipment quality management,social and cost-effective,and reduce the failure rate.
