This paper introduces the design idea,technical scheme and application effect of critical value management system in Tianjin Medical University Tumor Hospital.Through detailed demand investigation and analysis,a unified message service platform is constructed,so that the critical value of a patient can be efficiently and orderly transmitted between a clinical system and a medical technology system,medical staff can be ensured to timely acquire the critical value of the patient and immediately dispose of the critical value,and the patient safety target is achieved to the maximum extent.
