摘要
目的:对高频超声诊断乳腺微小钙化的效果进行观察与评价。方法:选取2020年1月~2022年1月本院收治乳腺微小肿块患者80例进行研究。所有研究对象入院后均接受高频超声诊断。观察高频超声诊断乳腺微小钙化检出情况,病变患者超声诊断影像特征。结果:80例入组研究对象病理学诊断结果显示50例恶性病变,30例良性病变;高频超声诊断效能指标高达90.00%~94.12%,灵敏度、特异度、准确度和病理学诊断差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高频超声诊断对乳腺微小钙化的检出率为45.00%,恶性病变微小钙化检出率64.00%高于良性病变13.33%,恶性病变乳腺钙化数量<3个,乳腺钙化直径<5mm的检出率20.00%、54.00%;良恶性病变超声诊断影像中形态、边缘、纵横径比、内部回声、血流等特征存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:高频超声诊断能够有效检出乳腺微小钙化,临床可根据乳腺微小钙化检出情况结合其他超声影像特征鉴别乳腺微小肿块性质,提高良恶性病变诊断效能。
Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast microcalcification.Methods:80 patients with small breast masses from January 2020 to January 2022 in our hospital were selected for study.All subjects received high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis after admission.To observe the detection of micro calcification in breast by high-frequency ultrasound,evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of high-frequency ultrasound in breast malignant lesions with pathological examination results as the"gold standard",and compare the ultrasonic diagnostic image characteristics of patients with benign and malignant lesions.Results:Pathological diagnosis of 80 subjects showed 50 cases of malignant lesions and 30 cases of benign lesions;The diagnostic efficacy of high-frequency ultrasound was as high as 90.00%~94.12%,and there was no significant difference in sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and pathological diagnosis(P>0.05);The detection rate of micro calcification in breast by high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis was 45.00%.The detection rate of micro calcification in malignant lesions was 64.00%higher than that in benign lesions 13.33%.The detection rate of the number of breast calcifications in malignant lesions was less than 3,and the detection rate of the diameter of breast calcification was less than 5mm was 20.00%,54.00%;There were significant differences in morphology,margin,aspect ratio,internal echo,blood flow and other characteristics between benign and malignant lesions(P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound diagnosis can effectively detect breast microcalcifications.In clinical practice,the nature of breast microcalcifications can be identified according to the detection of breast microcalcifications combined with other ultrasonic image features,so as to improve the diagnostic efficiency of benign and malignant lesions.
