高频超声在小儿发育性髋关节发育不良诊断中的应用效果

摘要 目的:研究小儿发育性髋关节发育不良(Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip,DDH)诊断中应用高频超声的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月~2022年5月本院50例发育性髋关节发育不良患儿临床资料,按照诊断方法分为2组,对照组25例X射线诊断,观察组25例高频超声诊断。比较两组DDH诊断符合率和ɑ角、β角和MR数值。结果:观察组DDH诊断符合率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的β角均较对照组高,观察组的ɑ角、MR数值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对小儿发育性髋关节发育不良诊断中,使用高频超声诊断效率良好,具有较高的临床应用价值,该方法实际操作方便、简单,具有较高安全性。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of developmental dysplasia of the hip in children.Methods:The clinical data of 50 children with developmental hip dysplasia in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into 2 groups according to the diagnosis.25 cases in the control group were diagnosed by X-ray and 25 cases in the study group were diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound.The diagnostic DDH coincidence rate,ɑAngle,βAngle and MR values were compared between the two groups.Results:The coincidence rate of DDH in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).TheβAngle of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and theɑAngle and MR values of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of developmental dysplasia of the hip in children,the use of high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis efficiency is good,has high clinical application value,the method is convenient,simple,has high safety.
