摘要
目的:探讨C13呼气检测仪与荧光定量PCR检测幽门螺杆菌的性能及应用效果,并进行对比分析。方法:对2021年1月~2021年12月天津市红桥区三条石街社区卫生服务中心检验科接诊的行胃镜检查的患者86例进行研究,取其胃黏膜组织分别采用C13呼气检测仪与荧光定量PCR法进行幽门螺杆菌试验检测,按检测法不同分为观察组和对照组,对比两组患者的临床检测结果和各方面性能。结果:据统计分析,观察组患者在幽门螺杆菌阳性、阴性方面的检出率分别为68.60%(59/86)、31.40%(27/86),对照组患者在幽门螺杆菌阳性、阴性方面的检出率分别为67.44%(58/86)、32.56%(28/86),组间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);两种检测方法具有较高的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:在幽门螺杆菌检测中C13呼气检测仪与荧光定量PCR检测均具有较好的检出效果,且两者检出率非常接近,两种检测方法的相关性也比较高;但C13呼气检测具有无创性、检测速率快、费用低、操作简便等显著优势。
Objective:To investigate the performance and application effect of C13 breath detector and fluorescence quantitative PCR in the detection of Helicobacter pylori,and to make comparative analysis.Methods:A total of 86 patients receiving gastroscopy from January 2021 to December 2021 in the clinical Laboratory of Santiaoshijie Community Health Service Center,Hongqiao District,Tianjin were studied,take the gastric mucosa tissue C-13 were used respectively to exhale detector and fluorescence quantitative PCR method for Helicobactor pylori test,according to the test divided into observation group and control group,compared two groups of patients with clinical test results,and various aspects of performance.Results:According to statistical analysis,the positive and negative detection rates of Helicobactor pylori in the observation group were 68.60%(59/86)and 31.40%(27/86),respectively,while the positive and negative detection rates of Helicobacter pylori in the control group were 67.44%(58/86)and 32.56%(28/86),respectively.There was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).There was a high correlation between the two methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the detection of Helicobacter pylori,both C13 breath detector and fluorescence quantitative PCR have good detection effect,and the detection rates of the two detection methods are very close,and the correlation between the two detection methods is relatively high.However,C13 breath test has significant advantages such as non-invasive,fast detection rate,low cost and simple operationn.
