膝关节炎治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Knee Osteoarthritis Treatment Instrument in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:分析膝关节炎治疗仪治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:选择2017年1月~2019年12月本院治疗的120例膝关节炎患者,采用随机抽签法分为对照组(60例)、观察组(60例),两组在盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗的基础上,对照组配合TDP治疗器,观察组配合膝关节治疗仪,对比两组治疗有效率以及膝关节功能恢复质量。在治疗完成后,对患者进行膝骨关节炎治疗满意度调查,并对比两组间的差异。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.00%较对照组的83.33%提升显著,观察组Ly-sholm评分高于对照组,WOMAC指数低于对照组,P<0.05;同时,结合两组的膝骨关节炎治疗满意度调查显示,观察组中2例患者因膝关节功能恢复不理想,表示不满意,总满意度为96.7%,对照组患者的总满意度为70.0%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎使用膝关节炎治疗仪可以提升治疗有效率,更好地改善膝关节功能,利于恢复,患者对于膝骨关节炎恢复的情况也较为满意。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of knee osteoarthritis therapy apparatus on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The experiment was carried out from January 2017 to December 2019.Experimental data:120 cases of patients with knee arthritis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and experimental group(60 cases).On the basis of glucosamine hydrochloride capsule treatment,the control group was combined with TDP therapy device,and the experimental group was combined with knee therapy device.The efficiency of treatment and the quality of recovery of knee function of the two groups were compared.After the completion of treatment,the patients’satisfaction with the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was investigated and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of 95.00% in the experimental group was significantly increased compared with 83.33% in the control group.The Ly-sholm score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the WOMAC index was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.At the same time,combined with the satisfaction survey of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the two groups,2 patients in the observation group expressed dissatisfaction due to the unsatisfactory recovery of knee function,the total satisfaction was 96.7%,and the total satisfaction of the control group was 70.0%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knee osteoarthritis treatment instrument can improve the treatment efficiency,better improve the function of knee joint,conducive to recovery,patients are more satisfied with the recovery of knee osteoarthritis.
