应用超声乳化仪行微切口治疗白内障手术的临床效果评价

Clinical Effect of Phacoemulsification with Micro Incision in Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨针对白内障患者实施手术治疗选择超声乳化仪行微切口临床治疗效果与价值。方法:选择2019年8月~2020年8月本院收治的白内障患者80例为观察对象,由于开展的治疗措施不同划分为不同小组。术前,对患者实施常规检查,根据疾病具体情况制定手术计划。对照组40例:实施小切口非超声乳化手术治疗;观察组40例:开展超声乳化仪行微切口治疗;比对不同手术治疗方案对白内障患者治疗效果与手术治疗安全性。结果:观察组治疗有效性95.00%高于对照组的治疗有效性75.00%,两组比较有差异性(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率10.00%,对照组不良反应发生率25.00%,观察组治疗安全性高于对照组,两组比较有差异性(P<0.05)。观察组躯体健康、生理职能、精神状态、心理情绪以及精力均高于对照组,两组比较有差异性(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度97.50%高于对照组的80.00%,两组比较有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:针对白内障患者落实超声乳化仪行微切治疗效果确切,手术切口小,对眼部损伤较小,而且有助于提升患者视力,降低手术风险与术后相关不良反应出现,确保预后效果,可进一步确保治疗安全性与高效性,各方面均优于小切口非超声乳化手术治疗,符合临床治疗需求。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and value of phacoemulsification device and microincision for cataract patients.Methods:80 patients with cataract from August 2019 to August 2020 were divided into different groups due to different treatment measures.Before operation,routine examination was carried out on the patients,and the operation plan was made according to the specific situation of the disease.Comparison group(40 cases):small incision nonphacoemulsification operation;Test group:40 cases were treated with phacoemulsification instrument microincision;The efficacy and safety of different surgical treatments for cataract patients were compared.Results:The effectiveness of the test group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and there was difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was 10.00%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the comparison group was 25.00%.The safety of treatment in the test group was higher than that in the comparison group,and there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The physical health,physiological function,mental state,mental mood and energy of the test group were higher than those of the control group,and there was a difference between the test group and the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the test group was 97.50%higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and there was a difference between the test group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In cataract patients to carry out the ultrasonic emulsification instrument line micro cutting treatment effect is exact,small incision,less damage to the eye,but also help improve patients’eyesight,reduce the operation risk associated with postoperative adverse reactions occur,to ensure that the prognosis effect,more treatment can further ensure the safety and efficiency,all aspects are better than that of small incision non-phacoemulsification emulsification surgery,can meet the demand of clinical treatment.
