探讨激光光凝术治疗眼底视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Laser Photocoagulation in the Treatment of Retinal Vein Occlusion

目的:探讨激光光凝术治疗眼底视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年6月~2020年11月在辽阳市中心医院眼科进行眼底视网膜静脉阻塞治疗的患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组采用药物治疗,观察组在药物治疗的基础上进行激光光凝术,治疗后3个月用FFA检查视力,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组中有29例(72.5%)治疗有效,对照组中有17例(42.5%)治疗有效,两组有效率比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为7.5%,显著低于对照组的30%,两组并发症比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激光光凝术对视网膜静脉阻塞具有较好的疗效,能有效改善视力降低并发症发生。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laser photocoagulation in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion.Methods:80 patients with retinal vein occlusion in the ophthalmology department of Liaoyang Central Hospital from June 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with drugs,and the observation group was treated with laser photocoagulation on the basis of drug treatment.After 3 months of treatment,FFA was used to check the vision,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:In the observation group,29 cases(72.5%)were effective,in the In the control group,17 cases were effective(42.5%),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The complication rate of the observation group was 7.5%,which was significantly lower than 30% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laser photocoagulation has a good effect on retinal vein occlusion,and can effectively improve the occurrence of visual impairment complications.
