摘要 目的 探讨基于时机理论的持续性护理结合孕妇学校管理对产妇哺乳技能及母乳喂养信心的影响。方法 选取2019年5月至2021年3月我院产科接收的92例产妇作为研究对象,根据产后护理方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于时机理论的持续性护理结合孕妇学校管理。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后7 d及1、3个月,观察组的Latches母乳喂养评估量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的技能、内心活动评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后3个月,观察组的母乳喂养率高于对照组,乳房胀痛率、乳汁淤积率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于时机理论的持续性护理结合孕妇学校管理可提高产妇哺乳技能及母乳喂养信心,提高母乳喂养率,降低乳房胀痛率及乳汁淤积率,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing based on timing theory combined with management of pregnant women school on breastfeeding skills and breastfeeding confidence in puerpera. Methods A total of 92 parturients received by obstetrics department of our hospital from May 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research object, and the parturients were divided into control group and observation group according to the different postpartum nursing programs, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on timing theory combined with management of pregnant women school on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results At 7 d, 1 and 3 months after intervention, the Latches Breastfeeding Assessment Scale scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the skill and inner activity scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). At 3 months after intervention, the breastfeeding rates in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the breast distending pain rate and milk deposition rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing based on timing theory combined with management of pregnant women school can improve the breastfeeding skills and breastfeeding confidence of parturients, increase the breastfeeding rates, and reduce the breast distending pain rate and milk deposition rate, which is worthy of promotion.
