基于信息不对称理论的共同决策护理结合凝胶体位垫对胸腰椎骨折术后患者疼痛介质水平、压力性损伤及心理状态的影响

Effects of joint decision-making nursing based on information asymmetry theory combined with gel position pad on pain mediators levels, pressure injury and psychological state of patients after thoracolumbar fracture surgery

目的 探讨基于信息不对称理论的共同决策护理结合凝胶体位垫对胸腰椎骨折术后患者疼痛介质水平、压力性损伤及心理状态的影响。方法 选择2021年4月至2022年7月收治的100例胸腰椎骨折术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=50,常规护理)和观察组(n=50,在对照组的基础上实施基于信息不对称理论的共同决策护理结合凝胶体位垫)。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的P物质(SP)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的压力性损伤总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于信息不对称理论的共同决策护理结合凝胶体位垫应用于胸腰椎骨折术后患者中,可降低疼痛介质水平,改善心理状态。

Objective To explore the effects of joint decision-making nursing based on information asymmetry theory combined with gel position pad on pain mediators levels, pressure injury and psychological state of patients after thoracolumbar fracture surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients after thoracolumbar fracture surgery treated from April 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n =50, routine nursing) and observation group(n=50, joint decision-making nursing based on information asymmetry theory combined with gel position pad on the basis of the control group) by random number table method. The intervention effect of the two groups was compared. Results After intervention, the levels of substance P(SP), β-endorhin(β-EP) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Joint decision-making nursing based on information asymmetry theory combined with gel position pad applied in patients after thoracolumbar fracture surgery can reduce pain mediators levels and improve the psychological state.
