对分课堂结合设计性实验在局部解剖学教学中的应用

摘要 目的:研究对分课堂在局部解剖学教学过程中的效果与优势,进一步完善局部解剖学形成性评价的内容。方法:以2019级临床医学专业学生为研究对象,由课题组选取两个教学班,研究组采用对分课堂结合设计性实验的授课方式,对照组采用传统教学模式,对比两组在期末考试试卷成绩及实验操作用时方面的差异,并以调查问卷的形式对研究组教学效果进行考核。结果:研究组的期末考试试卷成绩及实验操作用时均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对分课堂与设计性实验结合的教学方法在局部解剖学教学中优于传统教学模式。 Objective:To assess the effect and advantages of presentation-assimilation-discussion(PAD)class mode in teaching of regional anatomy,and further improve the content for formative evaluation of regional anatomy.Methods:Undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine,enrolled in 2019,were recruited as study subjects,from whom two teaching classes were selected by the research group,and allocated to study group(taught by PAD mode plus specifically designed experiment)and control group(instructed by conventional teaching mode).Then the two groups were compared concerning the difference in achievement in final examination and time consumed in performing the experiment.Questionnaire was used to assess the teaching efficacies in the study group.Results:Students in the study group had better achievement in the final examination and shorter time consumed in the designated experiment than those in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PAD mode combined with specifically designed experiment can be superior to conventional teaching modality in instruction of students in learning regional anatomy.
