摘要
为探究农机服务对小麦生产技术效率的影响,基于2001—2018年全国15个小麦生产主要省份的面板数据,利用随机前沿模型测算小麦生产技术效率,并使用面板Tobit模型分析农机服务对于小麦生产技术效率的影响。研究结果表明:中国小麦生产率总体上是波动增长的,不同地区间小麦生产技术效率发展不同,农机服务对其有正向影响。建议在农村劳动力匮乏的地区鼓励发展农业机械化服务,鼓励农业机械化外包,从而提升整体农业部门的生产效率。
In order to explore the influence of agricultural machinery services on the technical and technical efficiency of wheat production technology,based on the panel data of 15 major wheat production provinces from 2001 to 2018,the efficiency of wheat production technology was measured by random cutting edge model,and then the panel Tobit model was used to analyze the impact of agricultural machinery services on wheat production technology efficiency.Research conclusion:China’s wheat productivity is generally fluctuating growth,wheat production technology efficiency development between different regionsis is gradually converging with time,agricultural machinery service has a positive effect on it.The proposal presented in this paper is to encourage the development of agricultural mechanization services and encourage agricultural mechanization outsourcing,thus improving the production efficiency of the overall agricultural sector.
