华南地区钢结构成品粮仓升级改造与经济效益分析

钢结构简易平房仓,由于其自身密闭保温隔热性能较差,在华南地区用于储存成品粮,粮食度夏期间存在一定的储粮安全隐患。在钢结构仓房完成包改散的基础上,采用吊顶、墙体加装聚氨酯保温板、大门安装保温门等方式进行隔热改造,按照仓内空间体积计算达到准低温储藏条件所需的制冷量配备全封闭风冷冷凝机组,并用精钢砂地坪漆对地台进行改造,使普通钢结构仓房改造后达到准低温仓标准,确保成品粮储存安全的同时产生了较好的经济效益。

Steel structure simple warehouse,which due to its closed thermal insulation performance is poor in South China,the grain storage security risks during the summer.On the basis of repacking the steel structure warehouse,the heat insulation transformation is carried out by means of the suspended ceiling,polyurethane insulation board on the wall and insulation door on the door.According to the warehouse space volume of calculation in the refrigerating capacity of the quasi low temperature storage conditions required for equipped with fully enclosed air cooled condensing units,with fine steel grit floor paint on the platform.It can make the ordinary steel structure warehouse reach the standard of quasi low temperature warehouse after transformation,ensure the safety of grain storage and produce better economic benefits.
