摘要
结合向家坝工程坝体特点与平移式缆索起重机技术参数,分析研究确定了缆索起重机拆除轴线位置及卷扬机系统布置原则,制定了临时承载索及承码安装程序、起升钢丝绳拆除程序、牵引钢丝绳及承码拆除程序、塔架自降与辅降程序、主索及后拉索及临时承载索拆除回收程序、塔架拆除程序等,按照既定的缆机拆除方案、各程序的有机配合及安全保障措施,顺利安全地完成了A字形高塔架主塔结构的拆除工作,避免了拆除过程对电站运行的干扰。
Considering the characteristics of the dam body and the technical parameters of the translational cable crane in Xiangjiaba Project, the dismantling axis position of the cable crane and the arrangement of the hoist system are determined. Detailed dismantling scheme is formulated, including the installation procedures of the temporary bearing cables and bearing weights, removal procedure of the hoisting wires, removal procedures of the traction wires and bearing weights, self-lowering and auxiliary lowering procedures of the tower, removal and recovery procedures of the main cables, rear stay cables and temporary bearing cables, and the tower dismantling procedures. Following the formulated dismantling procedures, the dismantling work of the main tower structure of the A-shaped high crane tower is successfully and safely completed through the organic cooperation of all procedures and safety measures, avoiding the interference of the dismantling process to the operation of the station.
