摘要
以培养“一懂两爱”乡村振兴人才为目标,构建农业类高职院校职业规划教育体系为主线,通过拓展职业规划教育活动载体,与乡村振兴战略下农村建设需求相结合,在职业规划教育中融入“三农”教育,培养乐于扎根农村、服务“三农”的高素质技术技能人才,为乡村振兴提供人才保障。
Taking cultivation of rural revitalization talents who have the professional knowledge and love agriculture and farmers as the objective, constructing the career planning education system in agricultural higher vocational colleges as the main line, through expanding career planning education activity carrier, and combined with rural construction demand under the strategy of rural revitalization,“three rural”education is integrated into the career planning education with the purpose to cultivate high quality, technical and skilled talents, who are willing to take root and serve“three rural”, and provide talents support for rural revitalization.
