Research on the Leading Role of Party Building by the Party Committees of Sub-colleges in Colleges and Universities

二级学院党委是高校党建工作的基础和主体,如何发挥党建引领作用,以高质量党建推动学院的发展是高校党建工作的重要课题。本文尝试研究新形势下学院党委党建引领作用存在的难点,结合调研,提出高校二级学院党委发挥党建引领作用的有效途径。

The Party Committees of sub-colleges are the foundation and main body of the Party building in colleges and universities. How to give full drive to the leading role by the high-quality Party building therefore to promote the development of sub-colleges is an important topic for the Party building in colleges and universities. This article focuses on the difficulties of the leading role of Party building of the Party committees in the sub-colleges under the new situation. Combined with the research, it proposes effective ways for the Party committees of the sub-colleges to give full play to the leading role of Party building.
