本科层次职业教育背景下学前教育专业人才培养模式探索——以广东省为例

摘要 发展本科层次职业教育是打通技术技能人才培养通道的重要举措。党中央、国务院一系列政策措施的出台,使本科层次职业教育顶层设计逐步清晰。通过对广东省学前教育专业人才需求和培养现状进行调查,对比分析目前学前教育专业的专科职业教育和普通本科教育人才培养模式,从培养定位、培养目标、培养规格、课程设置和师资队伍五个方面探索构建本科层次职业教育学前教育专业人才培养模式。 The development of vocational undergraduate education is an important measure for facilitating the channel of training technical and skilled talents. With a series of policies and measures issued by the Communist Party of China(CPC) Central Committee and the State Council, the top-level design of vocational undergraduate education is gradually clear. Based on a survey of the demand and current training of preschool education professionals in Guangdong province, this paper has compared and analyzed the existing modes of talents training in preschool education majors of vocational junior college education and ordinary undergraduate education, and explored the construction of training mode of preschool education talents through vocational undergraduate education in terms of the training orientation, training objectives, training standards, curriculum setting and teaching staff.
