高校自组织在高校网络舆情治理中具有十分重要的作用,其具有开放复杂性、非平衡性、非线性以及涨落和突变等特性.网络自组织与网络舆情治理之间存在内在关联.化解高校舆情治理困境,需要从内外部环境、手段和方法上予以重视和协调.需要加强舆情系统自组织规律的研究,保持舆情系统开放性,培育演化条件;营造良好的外部治理环境,辅以他组织进行调控,降低治理成本;掌握正确手段,直面矛盾和问题,促进监管在引导网络舆情中的"消融"作用;应用科学方法,把握舆情演化的阶段特点,构建多元协调的有效应对机制.

Self-organization plays a very important role in the governance of network public opinions in colleges and universities.It has the characteristics of openness,complexity,non-equilibrium,nonlinearity,fluctuation and mutation.There is an inherent relationship between network self-organization and network public opinion governance.To resolve the dilemma of public opinion governance in colleges and universities,attention and coordination are vital in the internal and external environment,means and methods.It is necessary to strengthen the research on the self-organization law of the public opinion system,maintain the openness of the public opinion system,and cultivate the evolution conditions;It is needed to create a good external governance environment supplemented by other organizations to regulate and reduce governance costs,grasp the correct means,face the contradictions and problems directly,and promote the"melting"role of supervision in guiding online public opinion;to use scientific methods to grasp the stage characteristics of public opinion evolution and build an effective response mechanism of multiple coordination.
