摘要
新时代互联网环境下,高校学生心理因素对于教学评价结果产生直接影响,研究在教学评价过程中学生的心理因素:首因效应、近因效应、晕轮效应、趋中效应、肯定效应、从众效应等及心理异常可能对教学评价结果带来的偏差,探讨引导高校学生全面、客观、公正的评价教师劳动成果的方法,促进教学评价体系科学发展.
In the new era internet environment,the psychological factors of college students have a direct impact on the teaching evaluation results.This paper studies the psychological factors of college students in the process of teaching evaluation such as the primary cause effect,the proximate cause effect,the halo effect,the centripetal effect,the affirmative effect,the conformity effect,and other psychological anomalies that may lead to deviations in the teaching evaluation results.And it discusses also the methods to guide college students to comprehensively,objectively and impartially evaluate teachers'labor achievements to promote the scientific development of teaching evaluation system.
