A Probe into the Cultivation Model of Application-oriented Excellent Talents for Sino-Russian Cross-cultural Communication from the Perspective of the Belt and Road

中俄跨文化交际应用型卓越人才培养模式是高等学校俄语教育教学改革和大学生俄语应用实践素养提升的客观需要.当下俄语高等教育培养模式单一、课堂目标偏颇、教学理念落后三重因素是制约中俄跨文化交际应用型卓越人才培养的主要障碍.在新时代必须从中俄合作交流、明晰价值导向、创新俄语教育教学理念和手段等方面入手,全面提升高等教育俄语人才培养质量,大力培养应用型卓越人才.

The proposal of the cultivation model of application-oriented excellent talents for Sino-Russian cross-cultural communication is exactly the objective need for the reform of Russian education and teaching in colleges and universities,as well as the improvement of college students’Russian application and practical literacy.At present,the three factors are the main obstacles restricting the cultivation of application-oriented excellent talents for Sino-Russian cross-cultural communication,including the single Russian higher education cultivation mode,the biased classroom objectives,and the backward teaching concepts.In the new era,we must start with the Sino-Russian cooperation and exchanges,clarify the value orientation,and innovate the Russian education and teaching concepts and methods,comprehensively improve the cultivation quality of Russian language talent in higher education,and vigorously cultivate the application-oriented excellent talents.
