绿色金融与农业高质量发展协调耦合研究:基于广东省的分析

Harmonious Coupling Relationship between Green Finance and High-Quality Agricultural Development:Based on the Analysis of Guangdong Province

绿色金融与农业高质量发展协调耦合是践行“绿色”和“协调”两大发展理念的重要内容。在分析绿色金融与农业高质量发展之间相互作用机制的基础上,以广东省为例,构建绿色金融与农业高质量发展的耦合模型,分析2004—2020年广东省绿色金融与农业高质量发展的耦合互动关系。结果表明:(1)2004—2020年广东省绿色金融发展指数、农业高质量发展指数及二者综合发展指数均呈稳步上升态势,但是绿色金融的发展滞后于农业高质量发展;(2)绿色金融与农业高质量发展的协调度总体较高;(3)绿色金融与农业高质量发展的耦合度呈上升趋势。应大力发展绿色金融以促进农业高质量发展,提高农业发展质量以促进绿色金融快速发展。

The coordinated coupling of green finance and high-quality agricultural development is important content of practicing the two development concepts of"greenness"and"coordination".Based on the analysis of the interaction mechanism between green finance and high-quality agricultural development,the coupling model of green finance and high-quality agricultural development in Guangdong Province was constructed,and the coupling interaction between green finance and agricultural high-quality development in Guangdong from 2004 to 2020 was analyzed.The results show that:(1)From 2004 to 2020,the green finance development index,the agricultural high-quality development index and the comprehensive development index of Guangdong show a steady upward trend,while the development of green finance lags behind the highquality development of agriculture;(2)The overall coordination degree between green finance and high-quality agricultural development is relatively high;(3)The coupling degree between green finance and high-quality agricultural development shows an upward trend.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from two aspects:vigorously developing green finance to promote the high-quality development of agriculture and improving the quality of agricultural development to promote the rapid development of green finance.
