摘要
泡沫硬化剂已在临床上被广泛应用,为进一步规范泡沫硬化剂治疗静脉畸形的操作流程,基于现有的文献资料与专家临床经验总结,结合静脉畸形硬化治疗的国内外现状,制定《泡沫硬化剂治疗静脉畸形中国专家共识》,内容包括泡沫硬化剂治疗的基本概念、适应证及禁忌证、术前诊断及评估、操作规范、随访情况及展望等多方面,供临床参考。
Foam sclerosant has been widely applied in clinical practice.In order to further standardize the procedure of foam sclerotherapy for venous malformation,the consensus of Chinese experts on the treatment of venous malformation with foam sclerosant is developed based on current literatures,clinical experience of experts and current situation at home and abroad.The content of consensus included the basic concepts,indication,contraindication,preoperative diagnosis and assessment,operation specification,follow up and outlook of venous malformation sclerotherapy in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
