摘要
目的探讨CiteSpace软件对深静脉血栓(DVT)信号通路研究现状的知识图谱。方法系统检测中国知网数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、Web of Science数据库中2001—2021年关于DVT信号通路的相关文献,并利用CiteSpace软件进行计量和可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献336篇,英文文献1310篇,中英文文献年发文量均呈现波动性增长趋势,并形成稳定的核心团队。336篇中文文献包括129所机构,发文量3篇及以上的机构有7所,其中昆明医科大学发文量居首位,为13篇;1310篇英文文献包括524所机构,发文量10篇及上的机构有11所,其中,Univ Michigan发文量最高,为53篇,发文量5~9篇的有25所机构。中文文献得到312个关键词,出现频次≥6的关键词有14个;英文文献得到556个关键词,出现频次≥60的关键词有16个。关键词分析结果显示,研究热点方向集中在炎症反应、核因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路、内皮细胞损伤、氧化应激反应、微小RNA(miRNA)、自身免疫等。结论应用CiteSpace可视化展现和分析中英文文献的作者、机构、关键词,对DVT信号通路的研究情况深入挖掘,将DVT信号通路的重点研究方向、主题、研究热点等信息展现出来,并进一步预测目前国内外热点研究内容为炎症反应、NF-κB信号通路、内皮细胞损伤、氧化应激反应、miRNA、自身免疫等,为进一步挖掘该领域的研究内容奠定基础,也为后续研究提供参考。
Objective To analyze the knowledge map of signaling pathways of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)by using CiteSpace software.Method The CNKI,VIP China science and technology periodical database,Wanfang database and Web of Science database from 2001 to 2021 about the DVT were searched,the CiteSpace software was used for quantitative and visual analysis.Result A total of 336 Chinese documents and 1310 English documents were included.The annual number of Chinese and English articles showed a fluctuating growth trend,and a stable core team was formed.The 336 Chinese literatures included 129 institutions,and 7 institutions published 3 or more articles,among which Kunming Medical University ranked the first with 13 articles.Among the 1310 English literatures,524 institutions were included,and 11 institutions published 10 articles or more,among which,the Univ Michigan published 53 articles and 25 institutions published 5-9 articles.In the Chinese literature,312 key words were obtained,14 of which had frequency≥6.In English literature,556 key words were obtained,16 of which appeared with frequency≥60.Key words analysis results showed that the research focused on inflammation,nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway,endothelial cell damage,oxidative stress response,microRNA(miRNA),autoimmunity and so on.Conclusion CiteSpace is used to visually display and analyze authors,institutions and key words of Chinese and English literatures,analyze deeply on the research status of DVT signaling pathway,and present the key research directions,topics and research hotspots of DVT signaling pathway.It is further predicted that the current hot topics at home and abroad include inflammation,NF-κB signaling pathway,endothelial cell damage,oxidative stress response,mi RNA,autoimmunity and so on,which lays a foundation for further research in this field and provides a reference for subsequent research.
