小学教育专业男性师范生职业认同困境及对策研究——以豫章师范学院为例

摘要 以豫章师范学院小教专业305名男生作为研究对象,数据显示男性师范生职业认同偏低,其原因是:对小学教师的认知偏差导致职业效能感低下;教师工资待遇、社会地位偏低降低职业吸引力;“学而优则仕”思想降低职业价值;性别刻板印象和父权思想降低职业意志。因此,高校应采取相应的措施:要挖掘男性师范生的优势,提高其职业效能感;注重男性师范生师德教育,培养职业价值感。 A total of 305 male students majoring in primary education in YuZhang Normal college were selected as the research objects,the data show that male normal college students’professional identity is low,the reason is that the cognitive deviation of primary school teachers leads to low professional efficacy,the low salary and social status of teachers reduce the occupational attraction,the idea of"excellence in study leads to official achievement"reduces the professional value,gender stereotypes and patriarchal ideas reduce the will to work.Colleges and universities should take corresponding measures to explore the advantages of male normal college students,improve their sense of professional efficacy;pay attention to the teacher ethics education of male normal college students and cultivate the sense of professional value.
