学科团队建设的困境与解决路径研究——基于地方新建本科学校

How to face the predicament of building academic teams and find the right path——Based on the local newly-established university

目前地方新建本科学校的学科团队建设面临着缺乏发展愿景、学科理念不清、结构不合理、资源短缺及学科制度需要完善等多方面的困境,面对这些困境,贯通愿景、理清学科理念、完善制度、构建通畅的管理通道、重视团队文化建设、提升团队成员的归属感、与地方产业链接构建产学研一体的学科团队,是应用型高校的发展的方向。

At present,the construction of discipline team in newly-established local university is faced with difficulties such as lack of development vision,unclear discipline development concept,the convergence of discipline structure,the lack of discipline resources,and the need to perfect discipline system,etc.,we should link up with the local industry to construct the subject team which is integrated with production,teaching and research,and attach importance to the construction of team culture to promote the sense of belonging of teachers,is the development direction of application-oriented universities.
