摘要
行动学习法作为真实情景体验教学模式,在本科教学中还处于探索阶段。现以本科“人力资源开发与培训”课程为例,分析其教学中的困境,利用行动学习法进行课程框架设计和方案设计,以扬州大学广陵学院人管专业学生为实践对象,验证行动学习效果,分析其在本科教学中的可行性和推广性。研究发现:行动学习法一方面可以实现本科生知识的规模输出,加深学生对课程体系内知识的理解和系统融合,另一方面可以拓展学生体系外的知识面,实现知识向能力的转化。但实施过程中教师需要考虑到行动学习项目的系统性和连贯性,找到合适的实践对象,否则行动学习的效果会受到影响。
As a real-world experience teaching mode,action learning method is still in the exploratory stage in undergraduate teaching.Therefore,taking the undergraduate course Human Resources Development and Training as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties in its teaching,designs the curriculum framework and scheme by using the action learning method,takes the students majoring in human management in Guangling College of Yangzhou University as the practice object,verifies the effect of action learning,and analyzes its feasibility and popularization in undergraduate teaching.It is found that on the one hand,the action learning method can realize the scale output of undergraduate knowledge,and deepen students’understanding of the knowledge in the curriculum system and system integration;on the other hand,it can expand students’knowledge outside the system and realize the transformation from knowledge to ability.However,in the implementation process,teachers need to consider the systematicness and continuity of action learning projects and find suitable practice objects,otherwise the effect of action learning will be affected.
