小切口去脂连续埋线重睑术40例临床体会

Clinical experience of 40 cases of double eyelid operation with small incision fat removal and continuous embedding

目的本研究分小切口去脂连续埋线重睑术的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年4月于本院进行重睑术患者(40例),所有患者实施小切口去脂连续埋线重睑术,术后进行常规抗感染处理,并于术后7 d依据患者情况决定是否拆线,并持续随访3个月。统计所有患者的手术效果,围术期指标,前及术后3个月满意度评分、自我评价评分以及自信心评分,术后3个月并发症发生情况。结果术后3个月,40例患者中手术效果优者28例(70.00%),手术效果良者11例(27.50%),手术效果差者1例(2.50%),总优良率为97.50%;所有手术患者最短手术时间32 min,最长手术时间43 min,平均(38.76±1.66)min,I期愈合40例,Ⅰ期愈合率为100.00%;与术前比,术后3个月患者满意度评分、自我评价评分以及自信心评分均升高(P<0.05);术后3个月,40例患者中发生肿胀1例(2.50%),切口瘢痕1例(2.50%),共有2例(5.00%)患者在术后3个月内发生并发症。结论小切口去脂连续埋线重睑术在临床应用中手术时间较短且Ⅰ期愈合率较高,手术效果的优良率较为理想,且安全性具有一定保障,能够有效提升患者的满意度、自我评价以及自信心。

Objective To analyze the clinical experience of 40 cases of double eyelid operation with small incision and continuous embedding.Methods A total of 40 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery were selected from our hospital(time and place:from January 2020 to April 2021 in Zhongguancun Hospital,Beijing).All patients were treated with small incision continuous double eyelid surgery with fat removal and routine anti-infection treatment after surgery.Suture removal was determined 7 days after surgery according to patients’conditions,and follow-up was continued for 3 months.The operative results,perioperative indexes,satisfaction scores,self-evaluation scores and self-confidence scores before and after 3 months,and the occurrence of complications 3 months after surgery were analyzed for all patients,and the preoperative and postoperative pictures of typical cases were analyzed.Results Three months after operation,among the 40 patients,28 cases(70.00%)had excellent operation effect,11 cases(27.50%)had good operation effect and 1 case(2.50%)had poor operation effect.The overall excellent and good rate was 97.50%;The shortest operation time of all patients was 32 min,the longest operation time was 43 min,the average time was(38.76±1.66)min,40 cases of stageⅠhealing,stageⅠhealing rate was 100.00%;Compared with the preoperative results,patients’satisfaction scores,self-evaluation scores and selfconfidence scores were all increased 3 months after surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Three months after surgery,1 of the 40 patients had swelling(2.50%),1 of the 40 patients had incision scar(2.50%),and a total of 2 patients(5.00%)had complications within 3 months after surgery.Conclusion In the clinical application,the operation time of small incision fat removal and continuous embedding double eyelid surgery is shorter and the healing rate of stage I is higher.The excellent and good rate of surgical effect is relatively ideal,and the safety is guaranteed to a certain extent,which can effectively improve the satisfaction,self-evaluation and selfconfidence of patients.
