黄金微针射频联合胶原敷料在面部年轻化中的临床应用

Clinical application of gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with collagen dressing in facial rejuvenation

目的探讨面部年轻化中,黄金微针射频联合胶原敷料的应用价值。方法取2021年3月-2022年4月,医院收治的58例有面部年轻化需求者,依照治疗方案,分为联合组(黄金微针射频联合胶原敷料)及单一组(黄金微针射频治疗),就两组治疗后的面部美观改善程度、皮肤改善情况、皱纹严重程度,以及并发症发生状况,展开对比和分析。结果治疗后1个月,联合组皮肤指标评分优于单一组(P<0.05),但治疗后3个月,两组比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后1个月和3个月,两组间WSRS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后即刻,两组间VAS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);联合治疗组的术后并发症总发生率较单纯治疗组低,但比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论黄金微针射频联合胶原敷料的治疗后1个月效果较好,优于单一治疗,治疗3个月后,两组治疗后各项皮肤指标评分均有所改善,但组间比较无差异,说明黄金微针射频在临床中是具备较高应用价值的,若有提升术后即刻效果的需求,降低术后反应,可考虑联合胶原敷料进行治疗。

Objective To investigate the application value of gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with collagen dressing in facial rejuvenation.Methods A total of 58 patients with facial rejuvenation needs admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were divided into a combined group(gold microneedling RF combined with collagen dressing)and a single group(gold microneedling RF treatment)according to the treatment plan,and the facial aesthetic improvement,skin improvement,wrinkle severity,and complications after the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results One month after treatment,the skin index score of the combined group was better than that of the single group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05)3 months after treatment,there was no significant difference in WSRS score between the two groups(P>0.05)at 1 month and 3 months after treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05),and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the combination treatment group was lower than that in the treatment group alone(P>0.05).Conclusion Gold microneedling RF combined with collagen dressing has a better effect and is better than single treatment after 1 month of treatment,and after 3 months of treatment,the skin index scores of the two groups after treatment are improved,but there is no difference between the groups,indicating that gold microneedling RF has high application value in clinical practice,if there is a need to improve the immediate postoperative effect and reduce the postoperative reaction,the combination with collagen dressing can be considered for treatment.
