强脉冲光联合果酸治疗痤疮后红斑的临床观察

To observe the effect of intense pulse light combined with fruit acid on erythema postacne

目的探讨观察强脉冲光联合果酸治疗痤疮后红斑的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2020年4月—2021年4月我科门诊收治的面部痤疮后红斑患者64例,随机分为试验组(强脉冲光联合果酸)及对照组(强脉冲光)。每隔四周治疗1次,治疗1次为1个疗程,共治疗6个疗程。治疗6个疗程后比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、红斑积分及不良反应。结果试验组临床总有效率(73.52%vs56.66%)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个疗程后,两组患者的红斑程度积分显著降低,且试验组患者红斑积分为(4.326±1.085)分,显著低于对照组(5.671±1.241)分(t=4.661,P=0.034)。治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论强脉冲光联合果酸治疗痤疮后红斑可有效降低红斑程度积分,疗效显著,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light(IPL)combined with fruit acid in the treatment of acne erythema posterioris.Methods A total of 64 patients with erythema posterioris were selected from April 2020 to April 2021 and randomly divided into IPL combined with fruit acid group(34 cases),which was called experimental group.Thirty patients were treated with IPL alone,which was called the control group.The patients were treated once every four weeks for a course of treatment,with a total of 6 courses of treatment.After 6 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy,erythema score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the test group(73.52%vs 56.66%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 courses of treatment,the scores of erythema degree of patients in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the scores of patients in the test group were(4.326±1.085)points,significantly lower than those in the control group(5.671±1.241)points(t=4.661,P=0.034).During the treatment,there was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion IPL combined with fruit acid can effectively reduce the score of erythema degree after acne,with significant efficacy and high safety.
