基于肌肉再生的力量训练对成年男性身体成分和肌肉耐力的影响

摘要 目的:观察基于肌肉再生的力量训练对成年男性身体成分和肌肉耐力的影响。方法:招募28名受试者,随机分成两组,进行为期6周的力量训练,在干预前后进行身体成分测试和肌肉耐力测试。两组受试者进行力量训练时,采用相同的训练器械和动作,但同一肌群的间隔时间分别为2~3天(对照组)和7~8天(实验组)。身体成分通过体重、身体质量指数、瘦体重、肌肉重量、脂肪重量5个指标进行衡量。肌肉耐力测试的动作包括深蹲、俯卧撑、高位下拉。结果:两组的瘦体重、肌肉重量和肌肉耐力都显著提高,两组之间无显著性差异。两组瘦体重和肌肉重量的改变量具有显著性差异。结论:基于肌肉再生的力量训练方法,对无力量训练背景的成年男性肌肉耐力的提高与传统的力量训练的效果相似,但能够更有效地提高瘦体重和肌肉重量。 Objective:To investigate the effects of strength training based on muscle regeneration on body composition and muscle endurance in adult males.Methods:The 28 recruited subjects were randomly divided into two groups for six weeks of strength training.Body composition tests and muscle endurance tests were conducted before and after the intervention.During strength training,the two groups of subjects used the same training equipment and actions,but the interval of the same muscle group was 2-3 days(control group)and 7-8 days(experimental group)respectively.Body composition is measured by weight,body mass index,lean weight,muscle weight and fat weight.Muscle endurance tests include squats,push ups,and high pull-down.Results:The lean weight,muscle weight and muscle endurance of the two groups were significantly improved,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.There were significant differences in the changes of lean weight and muscle weight between the two groups.Conclusion:Strength training method based on muscle regeneration can improve the muscle endurance of adult men without strength training background similar to that of traditional strength training,but can more effectively improve lean weight and muscle weight.
