艺术体操个人项目成套编排发展趋势的研究

Research on the Development Trend of Individual Events Arrangement in Rhythmic Gymnastics

目的:依据本周期艺术体操评分规则结构的变化特点,剖析世界艺术体操个人项目成套动作编排特征,提高中国艺术体操个人项目发展,探索艺术体操个人项目发展趋势导向。方法:运用文献资料法、视频分析法、数理统计法等,以第38届世锦赛中获得个人全能前三名及我国两名参赛选手为研究对象,针对5名优秀选手4项器械共计20套成套动作的编排结构进行研究。结果与结论:(1)五名运动员在成套器械中的难度选编数量均达到10个,附加标准呈多元化的叠加形式,使器械技术的编排朝着高难、高价值的方向发展。(2)身体难度数量达到最高要求9个,每个身体难度分值均在0.4分,更加注重独创性与复杂价值。(3)舞步组合更加突出竞技性与艺术风格,音乐、主题、动作与服饰相融合,显现出独特的观赏价值和美学特征。(4)动作之间的逻辑关系是获得高分值的条件之一,成套编排中的动作之间应逻辑关系合理,连接动作与难度动作之间耗时少,完成紧密度高,数量多,分值高。

Objective:According to the changing characteristics of the structure of rhythmic gymnastics scoring rules in this cycle,to analyze the characteristics of complete sets of movements in individual rhythmic gymnastics in the world,to improve the development of individual rhythmic gymnastics in China,and to explore the development trend of individual rhythmic gymnastics.Methods:Using the methods of literature,video analysis,mathematical statistics,etc.,taking the top three individual all-around athletes and two Chinese competitors in the 38th World Championships as the research objects,this paper studies the arrangement structure of 20 sets of complete sets of movements for 4 items of equipment of 5 excellent players.Results and Conclusion:(1)The number of difficulty in selecting and editing the five athletes’instruments in the set reached 10,and the additional standards were diversified in the form of superposition,which made the arrangement of equipment technology develop towards the direction of high difficulty and high value.(2)The number of physical difficulties reached the maximum requirement of 9,and each physical difficulty score was0.4,paying more attention to originality and complexity.(3)The dance step combination is more competitive and artistic style,and the integration of music,theme,action and clothing shows its unique ornamental value and aesthetic characteristics.(4)The logical relationship between actions is one of the conditions for obtaining high scores.If the logical relationship between actions in a set of arrangements is reasonable,the connection action and difficult action will take less time,complete more closely,have more numbers,and have high scores.
