体医融合视域下肇庆市老年人健康促进的路径研究

Research on the Path of Health Promotion for the Elderly in Zhaoqing City from the Perspective of Sports and Medical Integration

该文运用文献研读、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,探究肇庆市体医融合对老年人健康促进服务所存在的现实困境,提出体医融合促进老年人健康发展的实践路径。认为面临的现实困境有主体体医结合意识淡薄,体医部门之间耦合性不强,专业人员供需不平衡,运动处方不普及,心理健康涉及较少等方面。并从宏观、中观、微观3个层面总结了体医融合的实践路径:宏观上政府需要建立协同机制,统筹体医融合机构,健全相关政策及保障体系,深耕运动处方库,创新硬软件平台;中观上社会协助整合开发体医融合资源,强化主体认同,微观上形成个人意识和家庭共识,树立专业人员人文精神。该文以肇庆市为例,对体医融合促进老年人健康进行研究,旨在为未来我国的体医融合建设研究提供参考。

Using literature study,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and other methods,this paper explores the practical dilemma of sports and medical integration in Zhaoqing for the health promotion of the elderly,and proposes a practical path for sports and medical integration to promote the healthy development of the elderly.It is believed that the real difficulties faced by the main body include:The subject’s consciousness of"sports and medical integration"is weak;The coupling between sports and medical departments is not strong;Unbalanced supply and demand of professionals;Sports prescription is not popular;Mental health involves less aspects.It also summarizes the practice path of sports and medical integration from the macro,meso and micro levels:The government needs to establish a coordination mechanism and coordinate sports and medical integration institutions on the macro level;Improve relevant policies and security system;Deep ploughing exercise prescription library;Innovative hardware and software platform;In the middle view,the society helps to integrate and develop sports and medical integration resources;Strengthening the subject identification;Form personal consciousness and family consensus on the micro level;Establish the humanistic spirit of professionals.Taking Zhaoqing City as an example,this paper studies the promotion of sports and medical integration to the health of the elderly,aiming to provide a reference for the future research of sports and medical integration in China.
