国内外无菌液体包装纸板产品技术指标对比分析

摘要 通过对国内外7款80 m N无菌液体包装纸板的关键性指标和应用技术进行对比分析,结果表明:在产品轻量化、微生物控制和压痕适应性表现上,国产产品S4与进口产品S1、S2、合资产品S3接近,国产产品S5、S6、S7与进口产品S1、S2、合资产品S3仍有一定差距;在产品印刷适应性方面,国产产品普遍优于进口产品。文中进一步分析了国产无菌液体包装纸板在产品轻量化、微生物控制和压痕适应性表现上存在差距的原因,为本土液包纸板生产企业找准差距、优化产品质量提供方向。 Comparative analysis of the key specifications and techniques of 7 domestic and foreign 80 mN aseptic liquid food packaging board products were conducted.The results showed that in terms of product lightness,microbial control and indentation adaptability,domestic product S4 is close to imported products S1,S2 and joint venture product S3,while domestic products S5,S6 and S7 still have a certain gap with S1,S2 and S3;in terms of printing adaptability,domestic products are generally better than imported products.The paper further analyzes the reasons for the gap between domestic aseptic liquid packaging paper in terms of product lightness,microbial control and indentation adaptability,and points out the direction for local liquid packaging paperboard manufacturers to further optimize their product quality.
