摘要
主轴作为数控机床的核心部件,其智能化是未来的重点发展方向。对智能主轴的概念和发展现状进行了概括,并对目前智能主轴的相关研究进展进行了较全面的综述,描述了智能主轴的特点和未来发展方向,详细阐述了智能主轴的状态监测、多源信息融合以及状态决策和主动调控这3大功能,论述了智能主轴的发展局限性和面临的挑战,认为自顶向下设计、智能传感器和执行器、实时数据处理和决策、以预测为中心的控制和维护等潜在技术将进一步推动智能主轴的发展。
As the core components of CNC machine tools,the intellectualization of spindles is the key development direction in the future.The concept and development status of intelligent spindles are overviewed,and the relevant research progress of current intelligent spindles is comprehensively reviewed.The characteristics and future development direction of intelligent spindles are described.The three major functions of intelligent spindles,namely condition monitoring,multi-source information fusion,condition decision and active regulation,are elaborated.The development limitations and challenges of intelligent spindles are discussed,and potential technologies are considered to further promote the development of intelligent spindles,such as top-down design,intelligent sensors and actuators,real-time data processing and decision making,prediction-centered control and maintenance.
