总结李点教授从湿热论治眼病的经验。李点教授认为湿热致病涉及内外眼诸病,白睛、黑睛、两眦、瞳神等多种眼病都以湿热内蕴为常见证型。辨治眼病湿热证当祛湿治气,气顺湿化;病久多瘀,相兼以治;顾护脾胃,善用辛温;巧用药对,相辅相成;分消走泄,三焦辨治。用药上擅用药对羌活-防风、苍术-厚朴、白术-苍术、黄精-鱼腥草等治疗;处方上习用三仁汤、逍遥散、温胆汤等化裁,疗效显著。

It is to summarize Professor LI Dian’s experience on treating eye diseases from damp-heat.Professor LI Dian believes that the pathogenesis of damp-heat involves internal and external eye diseases.White eyes,black eyes,two canthus,pupillary spirit and other eye diseases are common syndromes of damp-heat.The treatment of damp-heat syndrome of eye diseases should be removing dampness and regulating Qi,which can make Qi movement being normal and then resolve dampness.Long-term illness can cause blood stasis,and the treatment should also focus on blood stasis.Taking care of spleen and stomach,the warm and pungent drugs should be used.The drug pairs should be used.The treatment of triple Jiao is to eliminate and purge.The drug pairs usually used included Qianghuo-Fangfeng,Cangzhu-Houpo,Baizhu-Cangzhu,Huangjing-Yuxingccao.The prescriptions usually used included Sanren Decoction(三仁汤),Xiaoyao Powder(逍遥散),Wendan Decoction(温胆汤),with marked effect.
