根据《金匮要略·水气病》篇对血分病的记载,文章追溯了血分、血分病、血分证、血证的定义,四者在概念和所涉及的范畴上既有联系又有区别。仲师所载血分病的实际含义是指狭义的少阴脉细、月事不下、继发水肿这样一种病证,并不是病及到血便可成为血分病,血分病与“血分”病,虽听似名称相同,实则截然不同。文章通过系统地整理归纳仲景血分病的实质内涵、拓展应用、治则治法,以期更好地传承仲师治病之道、用药之法。
