穴位埋线治疗周围性面神经炎临床观察

Clinical Application of Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Treatment of Peripheral Facial Neuritis

目的 探讨穴位埋线治疗90例周围性面神经炎的疗效。方法 选择2017年2月—2021年4月联勤保障部队第九〇九医院收治的90例周围性面神经炎患者,随机数字表并结合患者意愿半随机将其分为观察组(穴位埋线+常规西医治疗,45例)和对照组(常规西医治疗,45例)。对比两组周围性面神经炎的治疗效果,分析两组治疗前后面部残疾指数(FDI)量表和中文版临床面部评价(FaCE)量表得分,并比较两组神经因子浓度差异。结果 观察组总有效93.33%(42/45)较对照组77.78%(35/45)高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FDI量表躯体功能部分得分较对照组高,社会功能部分FDI得分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FaCE量表总分及各部分得分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经生长因子(NGF)和胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(GDNF)浓度均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 穴位埋线法能通过促进周围性面神经炎患者的神经因子生成达到改善面部功能的效果,并有助于提高患者生活质量,疗效确切。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding at acupoints on 90 cases of peripheral facial neuritis.Methods Ninety patients with peripheral facial neuritis admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to April 2021 were selected.Using semi-random method, the random number table and combining patients′ wishes, the patients were divided into an observation group(acupoint catgut embedding+conventional western medicine treatment, 45 cases) and a control group(conventional western medicine treatment, 45 cases).The treatment effects of the two groups were compared, and the scores of the Facial Disability Index(FDI) Scale and the Chinese Version of the Clinical Facial Evaluation(FaCE) Scale were analyzed before and after treatment, and the differences in the concentration of nerve factors between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective effect of the observation group was 93.33%(42/45),higher than that(77.78%,35/45) of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher score on the physical function part of the FDI scale after treatment than the control group, and the FDI score of the social function part was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the total score and scores of each part of the FaCE scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of nerve growth factor(NGF) and glial cell-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF) in the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint catgut embedding can improve the facial function by promoting the production of nerve factors in patients with peripheral facial neuritis, and help to improve the quality of life of the patients, and the curative effect is definite.
