益气健心汤联合温针灸对心力衰竭患者中医证候积分及心功能的影响

Effects of Yiqi Jianxin Decoction(益气健心汤)Combined with Warm Acupuncture on Scores of TCM Syndromes and Cardiac Function in Patients with Heart Failure

目的 探讨益气健心汤联合温针灸治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者对中医证候积分及心功能的影响。方法 随机数字表法将2020年1月—2021年11月该院收治的68例CHF患者分为观察组和对照组。在西医治疗的基础上,对照组予以温针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加益气健心汤治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。评估两组临床疗效、中医证候积分,检测两组治疗前后心脏每搏量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、B型利钠肽(BNP)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)指标水平,观察治疗期间不良事件情况。结果 观察组临床疗效的总有效率为94.12%(32/34),明显高于对照组的76.47%(26/34)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各单项症状的中医证候积分均明显低于本组治疗前及对照组同期(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的SV、LVDd、CK、CK-MB、BNP、hs-CRP水平均较对照组及本组治疗前显著下降,LVEF水平则较对照组及本组治疗前显著上升(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均无严重不良事件发生。结论 益气健心汤联合温针灸治疗CHF患者有助于改善中医证候积分,提升临床疗效,促进CHF患者的心室形态学结构复常,提高心脏泵血功能,改善心功能状态,且安全性较优。

Objective To explore the effects of Yiqi Jianxin Decoction(益气健心汤)combined with warm acupuncture on scores of TCM syndromes and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods According to random number table method,68 patients with CHF admitted to the hospital were divided into observation group and control group between January 2020 and November 2021.On the basis of western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Jianxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 consecutive weeks.All were continuously treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were evaluated.The stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd),levels of creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),B-type natriuretic peptid(BNP)and high sensitivity-C reactive protein(hs-CRP)in both groups were detected before and after treatment.The adverse events during treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[94.12%(32/34)vs 76.47%(26/34)](P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SV,LVDd,levels of CK,CK-MB,BNP and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly decreased and lower than those in the control group,while LVEF level was significantly increased and higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,there were no serious adverse events in either group.Conclusion Yiqi Jianxin Decoction combined with warm acupuncture is beneficial to improve scores of TCM syndromes and clinical curative effect,promote the normalization of ventricular morphological structure,improve cardiac pumping function and cardiac function status in CHF patients,with good safety.
