壮医药治疗肝纤维化的研究进展

壮医药作为民族医药的主要分支,具有特色的民族医药理论体系及确切的临床疗效,近年来成为肝脏疾病研究的热点受到广泛关注。该病的持续进展会发展为肝硬化、肝癌等恶性疾病,对患者的健康造成较大影响,严重降低了患者的生存质量。壮医药在肝纤维化的治疗方面有着独特的优势。在目前的临床研究中,壮医药在肝纤维化的治疗方面应用广泛,具有不良反应少、效果显著等特点,能够有效缓解患者的症状和改善肝功能。与此同时,体内外的实验研究关于壮医药的作用机制也取得了一定的进展,发现药物能够通过抑制炎性反应、抗脂质过氧化、减少胆汁淤积等作用消除肝纤维化的诱发因素,降低肝脏指数,实现拮抗甚至逆转肝纤维化的作用。文章通过对近年来壮医药在肝纤维化的临床、实验研究进展进行归纳总结,以期为壮医药抗肝纤维化的治疗及药物研发提供理论依据。

As the main branch of ethnic medicine, Zhuang medicine has a distinctive ethnic medicine theoretical system and precise clinical efficacy.In recent years, it has become a hot spot in liver disease research and has received extensive attention.The continuous progression of this disease will develop into malignant diseases such as liver cirrhosis and liver cancer, which will have a greater impact on the patients′ health and severely reduce the patients′ quality of life.Zhuang Medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of liver fibrosis.In the current clinical research, Zhuang medicine is widely used in the treatment of liver fibrosis, has the characteristics of fewer side effects and significant effects, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients and improve liver function.At the same time, in the in vivo and in vitro experimental studies, the mechanism of Zhuang medicine has also made some progress.It is found that drugs can eliminate the inducing factors of liver fibrosis, reduce the liver index, and achieve the effect of antagonizing or even reversing liver fibrosis by inhibiting inflammatory reaction, anti lipid peroxidation, reducing cholestasis and other effects.This article summarized the clinical and experimental research progress of Zhuang medicine in liver fibrosis in recent years, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment and drug development of Zhuang medicine against liver fibrosis.
