中医药防治COVID-19细胞因子风暴的研究进展

Research Progress on Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19 Cytokine Storm with Traditional Chinese Medicine

新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)是新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)引起的烈性呼吸道传染病,具有传染性强、发病迅速、病死率高等特点。SARS-CoV-2通过劫持免疫系统,引起机体免疫调节网络失衡,促炎因子过度释放、累积,爆发细胞因子风暴(cytokine storm, CS),对组织、器官造成免疫损伤。COVID-19患者接受中医药治疗后,炎症反应减轻,机体免疫调节功能改善,危重症转化率降低。文章就COVID-19中细胞因子风暴的致病机制及中医药干预细胞因子风暴,对COVID-19患者的治疗作用进行论述。

Corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a severe respiratory infectious disease caused by new coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2).It is characterized by strong infection, rapid onset and high case fatality rate.Virus Sars-cov-2 hijacks the immune system, causes the imbalance of immune regulatory network, excessive release and accumulation of proinflammatory factors, and breaks out cytokine storm(CS),causing immune damage to tissues and organs.After treated with traditional Chinese medicine, the inflammatory response was reduced, the immune regulation function was improved, and the conversion rate of critical diseases was reduced.This article discussed the pathogenesis of CS in COVID-19 and the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with COVID-19.
