疏风解毒胶囊辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的价值探究

Value of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule(疏风解毒胶囊)in Adjuvant Treatment of AECOPD

目的 研究疏风解毒胶囊辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)的疗效以及对患者肺功能、血清成纤维细胞生长因子7(FGF7)、血清血管细胞间黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)水平的影响。方法 选取2019年3月—2021年3月于该院就诊的100例AECOPD患者作为研究对象,将这100例患者随机均分为观察组(疏风解毒胶囊辅助治疗)和对照组(单纯西药治疗),比较两组患者的疗效及肺功能、血清FGF7、VCAM-1水平。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的中医症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组临床疗效较对照组更显著(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者肺功能各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者肺功能改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血清FGF7、VCAM-1水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者上述指标均有降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者慢阻肺患者自我评估测试(CAT)问卷评分降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 疏风解毒胶囊辅助治疗AECOPD有明显疗效,可以有效改善患者的肺功能,降低血清FGF7、VCAM-1水平,对AECOPD的治疗有帮助。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule(疏风解毒胶囊)in the adjuvant treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 100 patients with AECOPD who were treated in the hospital between March 2019 and March 2021 were selected in the study.They were randomly divided into the observation group(Shufeng Jiedu Capsule as adjuvant treatment)and the control group(treatment according to guidelines without Shufeng Jiedu Capsule).The symptoms,pulmonary function and levels of serum fibroblast growth factor 7(FGF7),serum vascular intercellular adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The baseline of pulmonary function,the levels of serum FGF7 and VCAM-1,and COPD Assessment Test(CAT)score were similar between two groups.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pulmonary function was significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum FGF7 and VCAM-1 of the two groups were reduced after treatment,and the reductions in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).CAT score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shufeng Jiedu Capsule has an significant efficacy in the adjuvant treatment of AECOPD.It can improve the pulmonary function and reduce the levels of serum FGF7 and VCAM-1,and it is helpful for the treatment of AECOPD.
