热疗联合黄芪颗粒对胃癌化疗患者T淋巴细胞亚群及生活质量的影响

Effect of Hyperthermia Combined with Huangqi Granule(黄芪颗粒)on T Lymphocyte Subsets and Quality of Life in Patients with Gastric Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的 探讨热疗联合黄芪颗粒对胃癌化疗患者T淋巴细胞亚群及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2019年10月—2021年10月在该院就诊的胃癌患者为研究对象,纳入研究共62例,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组(31例)和对照组(31例)。对照组给予常规抗癌药物化疗和热疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合黄芪颗粒进行治疗,两组均连续治疗6个月,观察两组患者临床疗效,肿瘤标志物[CEA(血清癌胚抗原)、糖蛋白抗原50(CA50)、糖蛋白抗原153(CA153)]水平,生活质量和心理状态,免疫功能[T淋巴细胞亚群(CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+))]水平,两组患者在治疗期间的不良反应。结果 观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组生活质量和心理状态明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD_(8)^(+)指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后察组不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 热疗联合黄芪颗粒对胃癌化疗患者有较好的治疗效果,可有效改善患者生活质量,提高患者机体免疫能力,并能降低化疗药物的不良反应,安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the effects of hyperthermia combined with Huangqi Granule(黄芪颗粒)on T lymphocyte subsets and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 62 patients with gastric cancer treated in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were included in the study,and were randomly divided into the observation group(31 cases)and the control group(31 cases)by random number table method.The control group received conventional anticancer drug chemotherapy and hyperthermia.The observation group was treated with Huangqi Granule on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 6 consecutive months.The clinical efficacy,tumor markers[CEA(serum carcinoembryonic antigen),glycoprotein antigen 50(CA50),glycoprotein antigen 153(CA153)],quality of life and psychological status of patients in the two groups were observed.Immune function[T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)]and adverse reactions during treatment in both groups were observed.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life and psychological state of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CD8+in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperthermia combined with Huangqi Granule has a good therapeutic effect on patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy,which can effectively improve the quality of life and the immune capacity of patients,and reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy drugs,with good safety.
