“解郁安神”针法联合早期心理康复疗法治疗卒中后抑郁

“Relieving Depression and Tranquilizing Spirit” Acupuncture Combined with Early Psychological Rehabilitation Therapy for Post-Stroke Depression

目的 探讨“解郁安神”针法联合早期心理康复疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁症患者的疗效及对神经功能影响。方法 选取该院收治的脑卒中后抑郁症患者124例,采用随机分配原则分为对照组(60例)和治疗组(64例),对照组给予早期心理康复疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上给予“解郁安神”针法,对比两组治疗4周后临床疗效、中医证候评分、NIHSS评分、HAMD评分和MBI评分及SF-36量表评分。结果 经过治疗后,治疗组临床疗效显著较高(P<0.05);两组治疗前NIHSS评分、HAMD评分和MBI评分无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组NIHSS评分和HAMD评分明显降低,MBI评分明显升高(P<0.05);且治疗组改善较明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候评分显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗组降低较明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后SF-36量表评分明显升高(P<0.05);并且治疗组升高较明显(P<0.05)。结论 采用“解郁安神”针法联合早期心理康复疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁症具有较好的治疗效果,能够改善神经功能。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of “relieving depression and tranquilizing spirit” acupuncture combined with early psychological rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of stroke and depression patients and its influence on neurological function.Methods A total of 124 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(64 cases).The control group was given early psychological rehabilitation therapy, and the treatment group was given “relieving depression and tranquilizing spirit” acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome score, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score, Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score, Modified Barthel Index(MBI)score and SF-36 scale score were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05).NIHSS score, HAMD score and MBI score had no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, NIHSS score and HAMD score were significantly decreased, while MBI score was significantly increased(P<0.05).And those of the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment, TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05)and that of the treatment group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 scale were significantly increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).The score of the treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion “Relieving depression and tranquilizing spirit” acupuncture combined with early psychological rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression has a good therapeutic effect and it can improve the neurological function.
